At the heart of my practice is Endermologie®, a renowned French body wellness treatment that uses advanced mechanical stimulation to support circulation, lymphatic flow, skin quality and the body's natural regenerative processes.
What drew me to Endermologie was its ability to work with the body rather than against it — encouraging natural beauty and wellbeing in a gentle, non-invasive way.
I grew up in France, where Endermologie® is very popular. It is backed up by 167 clinical studies and having seen how widely recognised it is as part of a body self-care routine, I was surprised that it remains far less accessible in the UK, outside of London. This inspired me to bring Endermologie® to Kent and introduce more people to a treatment that I myself have found valuable – because I strongly believe that feeling good in your body can be a powerful pathway to feeling good in your mind.
My philosophy at The Body Mind Sanctuary brings together the best of both worlds: a scientific understanding of the body’s natural processes and a holistic appreciation of natural beauty. Wellbeing should be about feeling comfortable in your own skin, caring for your body with kindness, and creating sustainable lifestyle habits that support you throughout life.
My goal is for you to feel at home in your body and improve your figure in a healthy and nurturing way.

My journey into wellness has been shaped by two worlds: medical science and holistic health philosophy.
Before creating The Body Mind Sanctuary, I spent over 16 years working in medical research and development as a freelance R&D consultant. Throughout my career, I have been fascinated by the science of the human body and the impact of the many remarkable advances of modern medicine. Yet over time, I began to feel that something important was often missing from the conversation: the close relationship between overall health, physical appearance and emotional wellbeing.
Like many people, I have experienced the impact of a demanding professional life on both my body & mind. This led me to explore a more holistic approach to health; training in holistic life coaching, nutritional coaching and positive psychology, which has deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the body, the mind and the way we feel about ourselves.
